The 60-Night Peace Guarantee

At Eternal Rest, we stand behind our product unconditionally. Your purchase includes our 60-Night Peace Guarantee — a full two months to experience our premium sleep technology. If it does not transform your sleep, we will make it right. Please note: to place a refund or replacement request, you must do so strictly within 7 to 15 days after receiving the product (based on the verified carrier delivery timestamp). Refund or replacement requests initiated prior to day 7 (premature trial) or after day 15 (expired eligibility window) cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Here is exactly how our returns and refunds process works, structured to be completely fair, fully transparent, and legally precise.

2. The Return Process (RMA Required)

To initiate a return, please follow these exact steps:

  • Email support@eternalrest.store with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable.
  • Our team will review and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24 hours.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Ship the item to the address provided with your RMA number clearly marked on the package.
  • Our warehouse team will inspect the item within 2-3 business days of receipt.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of inspection confirmation.

Critical: Returns shipped without an RMA number will not be accepted or processed. Eternal Rest is not responsible for return shipments lost without tracking. Always ship with a trackable method and retain your return tracking number.

3. Refund Timeline

Once your return is inspected and approved:

  • Refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Bank processing may add 3-5 additional business days depending on your institution.
  • You will receive a refund confirmation email once the credit is issued.
  • Store credit refunds process within 24 hours of approval.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Items with broken hygiene seals or that have been worn/used.
  • Clearance, final sale, or custom-configured products.
  • Items with return or replacement requests initiated before day 7 or after day 15 from the delivery date.
  • Items missing original accessories, tags, or packaging.
  • Gift cards and digital products.

5. Chargeback Prevention & Dispute Resolution

All purchases are subject to our Terms of Service and this Return Policy. Unauthorized chargebacks or friendly fraud — including disputes filed after the 60-Night Peace Guarantee window, or without following the return process — will be contested in full with documented evidence: order confirmation, IP address, checkout consent timestamp, tracking scans, delivery confirmation, and all communication history. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent disputes and report activity to payment processors. We encourage all customers to contact us first — we resolve 100% of genuine issues without escalation.
