The Eternal Rest Sleep Mask is engineered to the highest manufacturing standards. We stand behind the quality of our product with a 12-Month Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects — because we build things that last, and we want you to rest easy knowing we have you covered. Please note: all warranty replacement claims must be filed strictly within 7 to 15 days after receiving the product. Replacement claims submitted prior to day 7 or after day 15 from delivery are not eligible under this warranty.

2. How to File a Warranty Claim
- Email support@eternalrest.store with subject line: "Warranty Claim — [Your Order Number]"
- Include your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos or a short video demonstrating the issue.
- Our team will review your claim within 24-48 hours.
- If approved, we will dispatch a replacement product free of charge. No return of the defective unit is required.
- Warranty claims are resolved via replacement or store credit. Cash refunds are not issued under warranty.
3. Product Care Instructions
To preserve the quality and longevity of your Eternal Rest Sleep Mask, please follow these care guidelines:
- Cleaning: Wipe the exterior fabric with a slightly damp microfiber cloth. Allow to air dry completely before use.
- Storage: Store flat or in the provided pouch. Avoid folding or compressing the eye cup structure.
- Electronics: Before machine washing the fabric cover (if removable), always remove the Bluetooth module. Do not submerge the module in water.
- Heat: Avoid storing or using in extreme heat (above 45°C / 113°F) or direct prolonged sunlight.
- Charging: Use only the provided or compatible USB cable. Avoid overcharging — disconnect once fully charged.
