Completing checkout — including entering payment information and clicking the confirm button — constitutes explicit, documented acceptance of these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Returns & Refunds Policy, and our Shipping Policy. Your IP address, device fingerprint, and checkout timestamp are logged as legal consent records.

2. Product Information & Pricing

We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing. However:

  • Product specifications may be updated to reflect manufacturing improvements. Core functionality will not change without notice.
  • Pricing is subject to change at any time. The price displayed at checkout is the final binding price for that transaction.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing and offer the corrected price or a full cancellation.

Eternal Rest's maximum liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind. Sleep-related benefits described on our site are based on customer experience and general sleep science — they are informational only and do not constitute medical advice. 5. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes arising from your use of our services or your purchase shall first be submitted to our support team at support@eternalrest.store for good-faith resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Class action lawsuits are expressly waived. These terms are governed by applicable commercial law.

6. Account Suspension & Fraud Policy

Eternal Rest reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban any account engaged in: fraudulent chargebacks, friendly fraud, harassment of support staff, unauthorized reselling of products, or any activity that violates these Terms. Evidence of fraudulent chargebacks will be submitted to payment processors and financial institutions, and may result in blacklisting from our payment partners. Suspected criminal fraud will be reported to relevant authorities.

7. Modifications to Terms

Eternal Rest reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
