At Eternal Rest, we treat every order as a personal commitment to your rest. We partner with CJ Dropshipping — a globally trusted fulfillment partner — to ensure your sleep technology reaches you with precision, care, and full transparency. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship, when we ship, and what to expect.

1. Order Processing Time

Every order placed with Eternal Rest undergoes a 2-3 business day processing window before dispatch. During this period, our fulfillment team completes order verification, quality inspection, secure packaging, and official handoff to CJ Dropshipping for carrier assignment.

2. Delivery Timelines by Region

Once dispatched, delivery timeframes depend on your region and current logistics conditions:

Extended delivery windows apply during peak seasons (November-January), customs inspections, carrier backlogs, adverse weather events, or deliveries to remote locations.

3. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Eternal Rest ships internationally from our fulfillment centers. Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We do not pre-pay international duties and are unable to predict or control import charges imposed by your country's customs authority.

If your package is held at customs, please contact your local customs office with the tracking number provided. Refusal to pay customs duties does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

You have a 2-hour window after placing your order to request an address correction by emailing support@eternalrest.store with your order number. After this window, your order enters processing and address changes may not be possible. Eternal Rest is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
